Maria Johnson, MBA, is a seasoned Facilities and Development Executive with over 30 years of experience leading facilities, construction, and operational teams for national restaurant and retail brands. As the founder of Grounded Growth LLC, Maria brings together her deep industry expertise and her passion for mentoring and coaching to help facilities professionals and organizations thrive.

Maria has previously been an active member of industry associations including RFMA, NAWIC, and Connex. She notably served as RFMA Board Chair in 2013, where she helped guide the organization’s vision and growth. Throughout her career, she has contributed as a mentor, panelist, and thought leader in Facilities Management. Her mission is to empower the next generation of leaders with the clarity, confidence, and connection they need to grow sustainably in their careers.
